How can you find a fulfilling job

A great job is a job that fulfills you, and there are no good jobs or bad jobs.

A person who's serving in a coffee shop can feel very happy because he is in contact with a lot of people every day.

He can be fulfilled because he can help these people by giving them a boost of energy first thing in the morning, or a place when they can interact or be inspired.

Another person can be motivated and fulfilled in his job when he can take a small company and grow it, and others who can move large sums of money.

These kinds of people know what they want and they are doing it.

The other kind is who doesn't know or find along the way, that they don't feel fulfilled in the job they're in.

Studies show that 87% of workers worldwide are disconnected from their workplaces; not all of them hate their job, but the majority simply don't care about the job.

Most of us are in a job because our parents guided us to be a doctor or lawyer, and others because it pays well.

I'm a truck driver, and my case is that a lot of my friends were doing it and it pays the bills.

Since I like to control things and travel, trucking seemed a good idea, but after 8 years I realize that I have to change my job because my priorities are changed.

I have a daughter and I want to be more present in my family's life, and that is difficult if you are traveling around Europe all the time.

Now if you're in a position that you question if you are or not fulfilled in your job, first write down on paper the pros and cons of your actual job.

Then if you want to change it, write down your criteria, what do you want from that job.

When I start looking my criteria was :

  • Location independence
I wanted to be able to work from where I wanted.
And in these crazy times that we are entering working from home will be a must.
  • Financial Selfreliant
The possibility to contribute to the growth of the company and with that your financial status.
  • The possibility of automatization
You want to be able to systematize it.
Automatization is the key to spending less time working and more time with your family or hobbies.
  • Help others
Helping others solve their problems will give you fulfillment in your career

When you apply these criteria look for something that you love to do because when you work on what you love, then time will fly and you will not feel that you'll be working.

Maybe you'll say that these jobs don't exist, and I have to disagree with you, in this online world, you have a lot of possibilities.
You can be a freelancer, sell your product on Amazon FBA, or be an affiliate marketer.

If you want I can send you an on-demand workshop, for FREE of course, who knows maybe it can help you find your job.
