How this will affect our lifestyle?

Tension and anxiety are called fear, and the definition of fear, simply put is "anticipation of pain"
To overcome this feeling, first, you have to be aware of the situation.
Don't dismiss it, accept it what it is.
The world is fighting a big health situation, and we are entering into a big economic crisis.
These are the facts and they are external, what you can't control, and living in a state of fear, will not help you and others.

This feeling of fear, only exists in our mind, because it is an anticipation of the future.
It's a possibility but not a certainty, that is why our is so important our attitude.
At an early age, I was a fighter, and there were times when the other fighter apparently had more chances to win than me. I never heard my coach saying to me that I'm going to lose, he always supports me and gives me positive talk, telling me to never give up.
80% is psychology and 20 % is fiscal, You can be fiscally very good trained but if you're not in the right mindset, being fearful of what will happen, you will lose, but if you are in the right mindset, you will find the inner power to pass all the obstacles that are in front of you.
After you are aware of the situation, control your thoughts.
The only thing we can control is our thoughts and that will lead to our feelings that will determine our actions that will give our results.
So how do you control your thoughts?

Help somebody else with his problem.
Learn to do something new.
Reed a book, or see a comedy.
Buy a self-development course.
Learn how to start an online business from scratch.
Do things that relax you, like meditation, yoga, massage, or a hot bath. Why? Because it's impossible to feel fear, anxiety, anger, frustration if the muscles of your body are perfectly relaxed.
If you don't want to feel fear start taking action.
These are some ideas but it's up to you how you control this situation, what kind of thoughts you allow in your head.
Stop feeding yourself with bad news from tv and social media, you have to stay informed about what is happening, but don't consume it.

If you decide that this is a bad situation then you will see it as a bad situation, but if you decide that this is an opportunity, then you will find a way to be an opportunity.
Every situation has good things and bad things, you decide on what you focus on.
What you focus on will expand.

The majority are waiting to see what will happen, but the successful people, think ahead.
They don't see crisis, they see opportunities, they are taking action, investing even more in themselves with knowledge and money because they don't want to survive this crisis, they want to thrive.
